In 2020, I said YES to my first full-time job in 6 years. I had the opportunity to work with a small, but incredibly powerful team on something near and dear to my heart: Serving our Veteran community and their families.

FitOps is a 501c3 with the core mission of providing purpose to Veterans after their time in service to our country has come to a close. Founder, Matt Hesse, identified key similarities in the Veteran community that proved successful in keeping our Veterans away from the destructive forces of drugs, alcohol, and depression that many face after they end their military careers. Through health + fitness, he crafted a formula and a program, The Purpose Blueprint, that helped our Veterans find their new purpose, serve their communities again, and create careers for themselves after the military.
